Most of our clients work with us from concept to completion and come to us either owning a lot or in search of a lot, or needing design work on either remodeling or additions, however, we also build homes that are Market, Model or Show Homes that are FOR SALE. These homes are at various stages of construction and may still allow customer selections for various finish items and further customization.
